Separate but Equal

Even after everything that has happened in California and Massachusetts (neither has fallen into the water) -- I can't believe that our democratic candidate is still against gay marriage.

Oh Sure -- Civil Unions -- uh huh.. full benefits.. uh huh..

Sprite sent me a link the other day from TED (www.TED.com) which is a pretty amazing website. But, one of the most Coolest things i saw was this website called We Feel Fine . Now, before you click the link, hear me out. What you are looking at are all the feelings in the web universe for the few hours preceeding midnight May 01.

So -- I did it..i Joined the mac side of life... 

You know what they say -- once you go mac you never go back.....

I been putzing around, and its been a bit difficult to deprogram my self from doing some of the windows short cuts -- because they dont work, but otherwise its been great... multi tasking at its best!!

i made my first .mac website..., and have been slowly playing with other features... fun!  weeeeeeeee

Timely, appropriate, and very necessary...

aftermath of florida

So I made it back, unscathed, and drama free. Of course - i brought back a bunch of junk that lord knows I did not need in this tiny condo.

I realized I missed the sun, and the water, but vertianly not enough to want to go back to Florida. I am enjoying life in Atlanta. A few hiccups along the way , but it will all work out...somehow :-)

Loose Ends require Sutures...

So, today I leave for Florida -- no no its not a leisure trip at all.

This is the weekend all the loose ends from my previous relationship get tied up. I get the rest of my stuff, and then I am offically done with florida. The next time I go back will be soak up some rays in the sun, on a vacation.

Its going to be an interesting time -- my ex and I didnt exactly leave on the best of terms -- as I just kinda said I'm leaving, and left...but closure will be good, and it will be nice to finally have a real bed LOL (the main reason I am goin)...

Anyway-wish me luck, and hopefully be back sunday!

Dancing Gumdrops

Was I the only one disturbed by the sight of Tine Turners Nipples? They were very distracting.. it was like watching dancing gumdrops....

Okay -- I dont understand...... the polls closed 35 minutes ago, 2,100 votes have been counted, (which is 0% reporting) and yet the press is already calling a winner in the Georgia elections? I don't get it. Do the votes even really count? Didn't they learn from 2000? Calling and uncalling states....
